Nutrients for Health

Nutrients for Health is the nutrients section of my food knowledgebase. So I describe important nutrients, their best food sources, and other facts to help you make healthier food choices.

Nutrients for Health Audience

I wrote Nutrients for Health for everyone who wants to learn about nutrition. Especially for people who want to learn which nutrients can fight illness and promote wellness.

Nutrients Definition

Nutrients are substances in food that provide growth, health, and energy.  So at Foodary, I focus on trying to get all the nutrients we need from food. But I occasionally identify health conditions that might need additional help from dietary supplements.

Nutrients for Health

I start this project with nutrients from 2015-2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Because those guidelines form the foundation of all general healthy eating patterns. Then, I will extend my information to cover other nutrients that are linked to illness and/or wellness.
